[OS X TeX] Compatibility of Lion and Snow Leopard file structures ?

Hi George, thanks for answering.

Please note that my main concern is with the issue of keeping two machines in sync through Dropbox, one running Lion and the other running Snow Leopard. Is this your situation? I would like to have some feedback for this specific scenario.
