[OS X TeX] Ghostscript 9.06

Folks,

Ghostscript 9.06 was released on August 8. An install package for this
version is available on my web site:

	http://pages.uoregon.edu/koch

This site also contains an install package for Ghostscript 9.05, which is
in MacTeX-2012, in case the 9.06 package is flawed.
