[OS X TeX] TeX Live Utility not updating?

It turns out that the problem did not really go away, it just pretended to. Today, I checked the list of packages with TLU, and all the packages that I thought had been updated yesterday were still there (with the exception of beebe, which I had updated "manually"). 

The automatic repository (I think it was UTexas) did not work at all, like I was experiencing yesterday (log is the same, so I won't repost it here). I then switched to Purdue, and here is what the log said when I tried again to update (to keep it short, I skipped all the packages after the first).
