[OS X TeX] xelatex justification

I just created a new XeLaTeX document with no \usepackage{polyglossia} or sth else
and it justified everything properly, but in my already formated cv the text remains un-justified whatever I do..
I paste an excerpt here just in case someone has available time to help me on this..
(note that the reason I use longtable is just because I want all lines indented a but and I couldn' t think of a better way..)
