You should not need to do this.
TeX's internal rules already are heavily biased to not break lines within a math expression. You usually have to work pretty hard to achieve breaks in math, so if you are getting some that you do not like, then it is probably because you are doing other things incorrectly.

Please send an example of a document with bad breaks. That will allow us to see what is really going wrong, and give you better advice.
