[OS X TeX] pdflatexmk problem

Thank you Pete; that is what I should have checked first. After I posted the inquiry, I decided to try deleting the /Users/tozsu/Library/TeXShop/ folder and then restarting TeXShop and it seems to have cleared up the permissions problem.
