[OS X TeX] pdflatexmk problem

Which are the permissions for the actual binary? The files in the  
Engines directory are just shell scripts, wrappers, which allow  
TeXShop to access external programmes. Is the parent directory ~/ 
Library/TeXShop/bin equipped with the proper permissions?
