[OS X TeX] Problem with TexLive Utility

Hi everybody,

I have TL 09, which works quite fine (standard installation at
/usr/local/texlive/2009; TL '08 has been removed; my Mac is OS X 5.8)

But TL Utility (version 0.85) doesn't work, opening with "Listing Failed"
and pretending that "This version of TeX Live Utility requires TeX Live 2009
or later. You need TeX Live Utility 0.74 or earlier in order to use TeX
Live 2008."

As far as I can see, TLU preferences have been settled according to the
guidelines: server URL put to
http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/and path at /usr/texbin,
where tlmgr actually lives.

TLU log account is

2010-01-03 00:23:51 +0100 Notice +[TLMAppController

Last, when I proceed directly via tlmgr to do whatever I get the following
message, cryptic to me:

Unknown directive ...category ConTeXt... , please fix it! at
/usr/local/texlive/2009/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLPOBJ.pm line 232, <TMP> line 25022.

Any idea about the problem ?

Thanks ...

Jacques
