[OS X TeX] reply-to-thread inconvenience acknowledged

In the example below, as I replied in plain text (etiquette rule 2),  
the colored bars disappear when quoting my own answer, instead of  
having the double colored bar. However, it seems you still have the  
colored bars in all your answers to threads, which i'd like to keep  
too. How can I have the colored bars when replying to threads (useful  
for quoting), and still write in plain text ?

Please accept my sincere apologies. I completely misunderstood rule 1  
of the etiquette, about starting a new thread. I got it know.
Sorry about the mess.

One question though: Do we actually have to insert [OS X TeX] in the  
subject ? Or is it inserted automatically when posting the the list ?
