[OS X TeX] Configuration of MacTex

Hi,

in January I installed the most recent version of MacTex and
everything worked fine. Later I installed the newest Updates
of Apple (Quicktime and a security update) and ofter that,
the configuration of MacTex seemed to be broken.

Especially the path- and the manpath-variable did not contain
/usr/texbin and /usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf/doc/man.

After adding these pathes to the appropriate variables
MacTex worked again.

Did I miss anything? (I run Tex under 10.4.)
