[OS X TeX] Save included files

On included files, the button Type on the toolbar is a (small)  
nuisance and having a Save button alongside would be nice.

Even better would be being able to customize differently the toolbar  
on different files. Then one could have just Type on root files and  
just Save on included files. Of course, that is probably not worth  
the effort it would take.

What does the people think?
