[OS X TeX] Strange pdfTeX warning over "fontmap"

It's caused by MonTeX (see below). CTAN-TeXLive people have already  
taken care of this with MonTeX developers, so maybe in a day or two a  
new MonTeX update will be at your TeXLive mirror.

resulting in duplicate entries for the Greek fonts grmn in pdftex.map:

exists, duplicates ignored

pdfTeX warning: pdftex (file /usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-var/fonts/

exists, duplicates ignored

...

What's the reason for that addition? I commented out the offending  
lines in mongolian.map, and ran updmap-sys as superuser. But ...
