[OS X TeX] BibDesk cite key autocompletion does not work any more on TexShop 2.18

Hi JT,
The new option in TeXShop completely replaces the input manager hack. Here's my recommendation:
- If you were only using the input manager for TeXShop, throw the input manager away and forget that it ever existed.
- If you were using the input manager in other programs, edit ~/Library/Preferences/net.sourceforge.bibdesk.inputmanager.plist to remove TeXShop from the list of applications.
This applies whether you're using the latest TeXShop on Tiger or Leopard. Input managers were never supported for this purpose anyway, and Apple is finally closing the door on them in Leopard.
