[OS X TeX] LaTeX based journal

I use Notebook by Circus Ponies <www.circusponies.com>. It also is  
compatible with LaTeXit for math formulas, but costs $30 (with  
academic discount).
To me the sale was it's indexing capabilities - it automatically  
indexes every word, highlight, tag, image, and embedded media, as well  
as it's Super-Find function.
