[OS X TeX] latexit issues

Derek,
pstricks comes with the texlive 2007 distribution, so that should not
be a problem.
As to where to find almost anything TeX related - http://ctan.org
You should definitely check LaTeXiT's preferences, and they should
match the following:

Next, check that you have the ghostscript stuff installed in /usr/
local/bin by using "Go to Folder..." from the finder:

If you don't see "gs" or "ps2pdf" listed in that directory, then
Ghostscript wasn't installed correctly.
