[OS X TeX] TexShop: problem switching preview and source

I apologise for being such a bother.
I've managed to get it working by reorganising the folder structure  
into something like this

X/main.tex
X/base/.....

And inserting the TEX root=... lines and setting a project root.
And using pdfsync.sty since my \input's are nested deeply.

Now I can jump back and forth between the pdf window and the source  
file windows to my hearts content.
The first time I did the switching was with a single .tex file, I  
realise now.

I'll just have to live with the different folder setup.

By going to the TexShop site and looking around in the Extra's  
section, it was obvious that what I wanted should be possible.
