The hyperref package should come last of all, to give it a fighting
chance of not being clobbered (it redefines many LaTeX macros).
Also, you need
\usepackage{xunicode}
and/or
\defaultfontfeatures{Mapping=tex-text}
... I forget which one actually does the trick...
