A. if you have lost i-Installer, download it from:
a) http://ii2.sourceforge.net/
b) alternatively, if you want and are ready to switch to the new, not yet
finalized, TeXLive-2007, you get i-Installer as one of the packages
installed by MacTex, http://www.tug.org/~koch/NewPackages.html

B. After you have already i-Installer:

1. Open i-Installer (there is an warning, I am not scared away, since it
is excellently maintained, etc.)

2. From the menu, select:

i-Pakage -> Known i-Packages Directories: A window pops-up
(with name gwrelative.iid (tug.org) on its top)

3. In the left sub-window, under i-Directories: select one of the Gerben's
i-Directory at ...

Scroll through the list of i-Packages in the right sub-window under
i-Packages:

Select i-Installer v2 (this will check up for possible updates of the
i-Installer itself)

Click on the longish button [Open i-Package]: Another window pops-up

Select the button [Pkg Properties], it opens information about the
i-Installer: on the remote site, and on your computer:
In the sub-window under Versions, you'll see information about the Remote
package, and what you have w.r.to it on your machine. Self is what you
have in the ~/Documents/i-Packages (the instillation pack) and Installed is
what is actually installed in the root directories on your machine.
Most likely, the Remote Package is more recent, and you have to update by:

Either by: Click on the button [Install and Configure] located on the
upper left corner of the same window.
OR: I'm actually doing this right now, and the Update has happened just
by clicking [Update Self from Remote] (there is very new version).

After the updating finishes, you can close its window.

4. You may want to [Install & Configure] the new gwTeX, as I did (I
selected Full installation):

Scroll through the list in the right sub-window under i-Packages:
There you'll find gwTeX based on TeX Live.
There is a new update of it right now too.
If you have already gwTeX, you can update it as above in (3).

5. Back into the 1st window (e.g. gwrelative.iid (tug.org)
scroll through the list in the right sub-window under i-Packages:
There you'll find gwTeX Support: CM-Super
Repeat the same as in (3) above but for CM-Super. If you do not have
CM-Super, you will just Install & Configure.

May be I am not exactly precise in the above steps...
