[OS X TeX] mpm and switch to gwTeX

I would probably use /usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.pkgs. This plays the 
texmf-local role in gwTeX. texmf.local plays the same role as texmf-var 
in TL.

These differences in naming are unfortunate but writing the automatic 
migration is beyond my time allotments.

Even better would be to use 
/Library/TeX/Distributions/.DefaultTeX/Contents/TexmfLocal. This 
switches to the texmf-local of you active distribution (texmf.pkgs in 
gwTeX)
