[OS X TeX] TExXhop can not find eps files/graphicspath

Howdy,

This behavior was added to dvips as a safety feature. You can get the  
old behavior by adding

--extradvipsopts "-R0"

to the simpdftex lines in TeXShop-Preferences->Engine Tab and TeX +  
dvips + distiller section.
