[OS X TeX] Updated MacTeX package

Folks,

I've updated the MacTeX install package at TUG and CTAN to version
20061110. This package is still based on Gerben's teTeX distribution.
I announce it here because there was a long discussion thread on
Adobe Illustrator started by George Gratzer; George's problem was
caused by a stupid mistake in the 20061015 version, now fixed.
