Right. So I can assume you know how to use the command line
interface. A few questions before I start:
1. Which version of opustex are you using?
2. Are you the only user on your machine to use opustex?
3. Have you alerady installed the opustex files on your system? If
yes where and how?

Yes, but there seem to be (slight) differences between the two
systems (they share early history)... The main one being that
MusiXTeX is designed to de used with LaTeX...
