Really?

When I switch to French keyboard
Comment is Cmd-{ which is accessed as Cmd-Alt-( works
Uncomment is Cmd-} which is accessed as Cmd-Alt-) doesn't work!

The other way round for the German keyboard:
Comment is Cmd-{ which is accessed as Cmd-Alt-8 doesn't work
Uncomment is Cmd-} which is accessed as Cmd-Alt-9 works!!
