Things seem to work here on 10.4.3 with a French keyboard:

- Comment is Cmd-{ which is accessed as Cmd-Alt-(

- Uncomment is Cmd-} which is accessed as Cmd-Alt-)

- Indent is Cmd-> which is accessed as Cmd-Shift-<

- Unindent is Cmd-< which is accessed as Cmd-<

- Back is Cmd-[ which is accessed as Cmd-Alt-Shift-(

- Forward is Cmd-] which is accessed as Cmd-Alt-Shift-)

The first 4 shortcuts for the input window, and the latter 2 for the  
preview window.
