After all, I think my first suggestion was the right one (the one  
given without thinking). The above mentioned command is wrong!

If it would be right, then diff would have found

	204a205
	> # MixedMap allrunes.map

Obviously you added allrunes.map some time, after the /private/var/ 
root tree was created, with the right command and you've put the MAP  
file in the right place. So in the end you do not need to do  
anything, everything would have been fine if you would not have  
followed my suggestions, I presume.

If you'll miss some runes some day you should remember: sudo -H  
updmap-sys --nohash --enable MixedMap=allrunes.map. Repeating this  
command when allrunes.map is already included does make things worse,  
updmap and updmap-sys can see that a MAP file already is included and  
does not need another inclusion.
