[OS X TeX] xdvipdfmx with xelatex

This has been fixed in the current release, so it is best to update.

The mac is gtamacfonts.map and it only works with pdfTeX. The current  
i-Package makes sure that gtamacfonts.map is *not* activated and the  
new gtamacfonts setup uses pdfTeX cmmand to load the map separately.

	sudo updmap-sys --disable gtamacfonts.map

fixes it as well.
