Sorry  it's a new mistake :

TEXINPUTS.pdflatex = 	   .;$HOME/Work/Base;$TEXMF/{pdftex,tex}/

This don't work but

cd Library/texmf/tex/
ln -s /Users/ego/Work Work

   works fine !

But i would like to understand the problem with texmf.cnf.

locate texmf.cnf


Why this files ?
