[OS X TeX] different defaults for size?

Howdy,
Not a small change at all! The mathptmx package uses Times Roman for the
Serif Font while the mathpazo package uses Palatino. Try them both out and
see which one you like better. Also remember to pick a nice Sans Serif and
Monospace (Typewriter) Font.
