[OS X TeX] Sideways longtable

Hi all,

My apologies for the cross-post.

I need to rotate a longtable by 90º. At the moment it covers about five 
pages. Any clues?

I have read through the longtable documentation and saw nothing there 
and I have tried a number of combinations, but all returning 
unsatisfactory results. For example, I have tried the rotfloat package, 
rotating, etc.

Also, is the footer in longtable really limited to one line only?
