[OS X TeX] folding editors

The next release of Alphatk will support folding of footnotes, sections, 
chapters, etc., including remembering what has been folded when a window is 
closed so that it will be automatically refolded on re-opening.

(some of this is in the current Alphatk release, but it is much better 
supported in the next release).
