[OS X TeX] TeX preformance testing, some qualitative results

1. Performance is in line with what you would expect for single CPU 
integer performance.
2. Systems using 10.3.9 seem to be a bit faster than systems using 
10.4.2 (but see 3 below)
3. Systems with earlier versions of TeX are up to twice as fast in the 
same configuration/setup
4. Caveats:
- Only format generation has been tested, not actual stuff like pdfTeX 
or tex+dvips
- The actual result depens on local circumstances which are all 
different (e.g. language patterns loaded)

Plan: Write a truely independent test setup, that only depends on the 
binaries installed on the system.
