[OS X TeX] htlatex, latin modern, etc.

The new latex fonts are fine.  The *.htf fonts in the bugfixes
distribution of tex4ht now provide support also for the new fonts.  I
believe the problem will be solved once the advice from my previous
email will be followed. -eitan
