[OS X TeX] Running makeindex -s from the TeXShop shell

Hi Art

I would do as you suggest and create a new typesetting engine for this 
specific makeindex case:

Go to ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines/ and duplicate one of the engines 
there. Edit the two line shell script inside and call it something 
appropriate. Easy!
