Those look like OpenType, not Type 1 fontnames.

Have you tried Eddie Kohler's OpenType tools?

If you want a simpler method, I've got two boxes of ``Trump-Mediaeval 
Semibold'' here from the C.E. Weber Type Foundry Stuttgart, made in W. 
Germany. Caps in 10pt., figures in 14....
