[OS X TeX] Bundles for Windows as well

The Konfabulator tool (http://www.konfabulator.com) for MacOS uses 
bundles for defining "Widgets".  Konfabulator was released for Windows 
this week.  They are using zip files, with the file extension changed 
from .zip to .widget, as bundles on Windows.  This seems to work 
reasonably well, but is a bit clumsy because the bundle needs to be 
renamed from *.widget to *.zip for the built-in tools to recognize that 
the bundle can be opened.  I suspect it would be straightforward to add 
a contextual menu item on Windows for such .widget bundles akin to Show 
Package Contents on Mac OS.
