Herb,
What do I need to do to get microtype to work with Lucida? When I try
and use:
\usepackage[expert,altbullet,lucidasmallscale]{lucidabr}
with:
\usepackage[protrusion=true,expansion=true]{microtype}
I get the error:
! Missing font identifier.
