[OS X TeX] LaTex Margin Help

Well, this is taken from the TeXShop latex template, but these commands 
may be helpful:

\textwidth = 6.5 in
\textheight = 9 in
\oddsidemargin = 0.0 in
\evensidemargin = 0.0 in
\topmargin = 0.0 in

Not sure how to set the Header and Footer margins though.
