[OS X TeX] Zapfino install progress, ``Peace on Earth'' card

I'm back to working on this as part of my finishing up my paper for 
TUG2003.

The up-dated version is at

(there's a not quite up-to-date version in the TeX Showcase at 
http://www.tug.org/texshowcase where it's incorrectly described as a 
gatefold --- guess I'll have to go back to that format...)

I'd be obliged if anyone interested in Zapfino would take a glance at 
it and let me know what they think.

I've improved my Omega Translation Process and it's no longer necessary 
to insert brackets for grouping to get a preferred ligature (so 
``earth'' in the source file is ``earth'', not ``ear{th}''.

I'd be _very_ grateful if anyone who speaks languages other than 
English (or German, Dutch (thanks Gerben!) or Greek) could spare a 
moment to send me a translation of ``Peace on Earth, Good Will Toward 
Men'' my way. Let me know if you do whether or no it's okay to credit 
you.
