[OS X TeX] Beginner's problem with TeXShop and .eps figures

by default TeXShop compiles via pdflatex---and the eps graphic is not
recognised bt that driver. If you wish to us eps graphics simply
compile via TeX + Ghostscript (check this in the typeset menu.)
Then everything should work fine.
