[OS X TeX] Real World Applications of TeX (on MacOS X)

Thanks to those who have recently posted 
URLs on some interesting TeX-related applications.

The MacTeX Technical Working Group 
is  making a list  of links to  real world applications of TeX
(especially those on Mac OS X), where TeX is being used in the background
or as a backend in a workflow.
