[OS X TeX] New TeX and FontForge (formerly PfaEdit) i-Package releases

I have an earlier installation of fourier in my personal tree---I'd prefer
to move to what you will supply since I know it will be better maintained.
What is the most appropriate way to remove my version? If I need to, how
would I use updmap to make sure my map files point to the right places?
