[OS X TeX] LaTeX -> HTML

Hi,

I guess this is an old subject, but I still bring it up again. Here's
my situation I have a fairly complex LaTeX document which uses ucs,
jurabib and multibib extensively (no formulas though). Is there a
relatively easy way to get this into an HTML document? I've been
looking at different converters for two days now and haven't so far got
any results which were close to usable. latex4ht seems to be quite
powerful, but honestly, from the online doc I didn't really understand
it. Is what I want doable or should I stay with PDF?

TIA

simon
