[OS X TeX] Hidden .PfaEdit folder

I did not update ff after "pfaedit 20040519" (been too busy). I would
have updated ff recently if not Apple replaced my 40GB disk iBook with
a (in all other respect a lot better) 30GB iBook (which meant I lost
space for my working Jaguar boot disk and I need to make a new setup
first before I can again compile stuff (which I do under 10.2.8
mostly))
So... one more reason to get some sort of mobile 10.2.8 setup running
(maybe I could put it on my iPod and boot from that).
