[OS X TeX] XeTeX - Texshop bug?

Changing Default encoding will be effective only after quitting and 
relaunching TeXShop, it seems. I have set it to utf-8 since longtime. 
Dropping a file in utf-8 on TeXShop icon in Dock always works for me.
