[OS X TeX] dvips print to file

If you use TeXShop and have the .tex source for your .dvi file, you may 
(1) in the Typeset menu select "TeX and Ghostscript" then (2) in 
Preferences/Engine check "Save Postscript File". In this way you'll 
have the intermediary .ps file created by TeXShop saved.
