[Mac OS X TeX] Dutch hyphenation

My guess: You need to recreate the formats to get the contents of 
language.dat usable.

Type
	fmtutil --all

in a Terminal window.

PS. I think you can best:
	remove the language.dat in texmf.local
	run texhash
	run fmtutil --all

as the default language.dat contains dutch.
