[Mac OS X TeX] Italian hyphenation - more problems!

I would like to propose that the TeX installer will get an option page
where you can select the languages that you will want to have installed.
The installer can then store a modified language.dat and build the proper
formats on installation time. This would save a lot of hassle, especially
if the selection would be remembered as the default for the next time.
