[OS X TeX] Alphatk update

The latest Alphatk release (8.2b9 prerelease) solves a number of annoying 
problems with previous releases.  Certainly it now has much more seamless 
TeX interactions (as with Alpha 7 on classic), and you can now drop files 
onto Alphatk (or via AppleScript etc) to open them.  A dozen or so minor 
problems (e.g. copy/paste in dialogs) have also been solved.

beta releases of Alphatk are entirely free.  A summary of outstanding

There are certainly still some important things to fix before a final 
release (and the more people who test it, the better that final release 
will be!), but many users have commented to me that Alphatk is finally very 
usable on MacOS X.
