[OS X TeX] tex-optimized alpha?

Why code Tcl? Config->Preferences->Menus and 
Config->Preferences->Features. Turn off everything. Language modes 
are not loaded unless you invoke them, so there's no need to turn 
anything off there. Looks pretty parsimonious to me.
