[OS X TeX] mathtime

Did you install 10.2? I have experienced exactly the same problem with
Lucida fonts on a machine "upgraded" to 10.2 using the clean install and
upgrade option. (All other preferences, etc. seem to have made it through).
Style files, etc. in my local ~/Library/texmf directory are found without
any problem.
No problem on another machine upgraded using the default upgrade option.
Still searching for a solution short of complete re-install.
